We are traveling in 2nd week of April and we want to know if it will be possible to cover both Thajiwas Glacier and Zero Point Zojila Pass in one day trip from Srinagar?

We are a couple with 3-year-old child plus my parents. If the route is hard for the elderly, can they stay somewhere near Sonamarg pony point? Is there any resting place nearby?

Can we just hire a pony for one adult and child for e.g. me and child in one pony and my husband can walk along with us? In that case, should I only sit on the pony for the entire trip or my husband can sit instead of me at times? How does that work?
